J Phlip is young, talented, beautiful and will kick your butt with her sound big time! Her real name is Jessica Philippe and she comes from a small town near Chicago. With 19, she played her first Clubset, a little later she was discovered by her current mentor and labelboss Claude von Stroke who signed her to his Dirtybird label right away. With her “Rumble Rumble“, “Berlinetta“ and “Barbary Coast“-EPs she has established herself in the world of techno for good. We are very pleased indeed to welcome with J. Phlip another female contributor to our Beatport Stage.
